In your member pages from your GDI account you will not find any button to cancel your account (becouse they say “security reasons”)

Only way to cancel your account is to call GDI (you will find the phone number on FAQ page) and ask them to cancel your account (some girl there will try to convince you to stay a month more, tell her that you cancel it from some personal reasons and dont want to discuss this on phone with strangers)

There is another way to cancel it. Send an email to GDI support (on support page you have a form for sending email to them). In the email tell them that you dont have posibility to call them (tell a reason) but you want to cancel your account. They will send you an email where will ask you for Security Question 1 and Security Question 2, if you send a replay to that email with correct answers in 1 to 2 days your account will be canceled.
