Accept international credit cards for yor site

Do you want to sell something on your website, or you just need a free tool for receiving donations. Maybe you work on a free software or a plugin and you want to receive some free fonds from peoples who like your work.
If this is not your case but … you sell or buy things on eBay you need a credit card tool and the best there is is PayPal.
Or like me ocasionaly need to buy thinks that can be payed just with PayPal
