After some minutes on Google I did manage to find that Conduit offer free toolbars custom made for your personal site and if that is not enough they pay you when someone download your toolbar and install it.

What tools you will find there?

Hundreds of cool apps like toolbar radio player or online TV player, Facebook and Twitter, games, custom made menus and link lists with your site links.

Some great stuff is embedded RSS for multiple rss feeds
